Return Policy
We offer a 3-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
Return requests initiated after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Certain products may be non-returnable due to hygiene, personal use, or clearance sale restrictions, as mentioned on the product page.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened. This video is mandatory as proof to validate the claim.
Once our team verifies the issue:

An exchange will be approved

The replacement product will be dispatched within 7–10 business days, subject to availability
If the product is unavailable, an alternative resolution such as a refund may be offered.
